Today I suddenly found Google offered secondary search box for some websites, eg nytimes, w3school ... Many people commented on Techcrunch about this, but I am wondering how I can add this functionality for my website? Can any one post me a link?

I think it's triggered by usage stats eg for w3schools many people would have previously searched for "w3schools" then decided to refine the search to "w3schools javascript".
If this kind of behaviour is common for a site and the site suits this kind of feature than it is enabled.
