Most Viewed on Stuff.co.nz in 2009

Today, stuff.co.nz has released its most viewed news list in 2009 to readers. Unlike many American websites collapsed when Michael Jackson dead, none of breaking news could take Stuff server down, but it did reach a record of traffic on Michael Jackson's death.

Looking through the list, to me, there are not many "real news" stories appearing on that list, I am pretty sure that at least some events are more important than porn star, sex, topless teacher, toddler buys digger,  such as Obama inauguration,  Swine flu, economic recession, All Whites, climate change...

Stuff.co.nz is #2 news website in NZ, it gets average 650k visits a day. The Stuff readers behaviors can represent about half people in this country. It proves me that kiwis don't know what is really going on in the world.
